What is your return/exchange policy?
We will provide customers with a 14-day grace period to ask for a return of their purchase if the products haven't been opened yet and are still in their original packaging.
This 14-day period will commence when the order has been placed. Exchanges will be done on a case-to-case basis. Kindly contact us if you need an exchange to be done.
How can I ask for a return?
Kindly contact us first before you request for a return of your purchase. Do kindly inform us of the address and also your availability for us to collect the items from you.
We will discuss the next steps with you via e-mail.
In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
