Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not accept Cash On Delivery at the moment. All payments have to be made prior to delivery via our online payment gateways.

What are the forms of payment that are accepted?

We accept the following forms of payment for our online purchases:

Is your payment gateway secure?

Customers can feel safe when making their purchases in our website as all our transactions are SSL encrypted.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping providers and what are the shipping cost involved?

We currently work with J&T international and DHL to handle all our international deliveries. The shipping cost itself will be reflected at your checkout page. However, taxes & duties are not included in your final bill from us.

How can I get free shipping from Mama's Choice Global store?

We provide free shipping worldwide for all orders with minimum spend of USD$50.

When can I expect my order to arrive?*

*Due to the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, we recommend expecting a slight delay in receiving your order.

Delivery time is dependent on the region of the delivery address. Nevertheless, the maximum time required to send your parcel will be within 14 working days

How can I track my order?

Our couriers provides a fully traceable delivery service. Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. If you are unable to find the tracking number, by all means drop us a message under our contact us section. We will be happy to share with you the status of your package.

Can I modify my shipping address?

For customers who need to modify their shipping information after their order has been placed, please do contact us as soon as possible. Please kindly note that shipping information cannot be modified once the parcels have been submitted to our shipping partner.

Do you only provide international shipping? Can I purchase them locally?

Mama's Choice Global store is meant for customers who are not in our local regions. Please check our home page footer or contact us to see if Mama's Choice has set up an local store in your country of residence.

Customs & Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from Singapore and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries.

Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our courier will contact you to arrange payment.

Different stock availability

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready

Orders processing

Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, except for national holidays that applies for the country for respective operators.

Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays or after mega shopping campaigns.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We will provide customers with a 14-day grace period to ask for a return of their purchase if the products haven't been opened yet and are still in their original packaging.

This 14-day period will commence when the order has been placed. Exchanges will be done on a case-to-case basis. Kindly contact us if you need an exchange to be done.

How can I ask for a return?

Kindly contact us first before you request for a return of your purchase. Do kindly inform us of the address and also your availability for us to collect the items from you. We will discuss the next steps with you via e-mail.

Additional Information

In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Yes! All our products are made with ingredients of halal origin and certified halal.

Are our products 100% natural?

We strive to use naturally derived ingredients wherever we can. Please refer to our website for a detailed explanation on the purpose and source of each ingredient.

Are our products lab-tested for safety?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We engage different independent laboratories in Southeast Asia such as Skinproof and Assetra Inno Medikos in Indonesia and ANALABAS and TÜV SÜD PSB in Singapore to ensure that each product is safe for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and your little ones. We also carry out tests to guarantee quality and efficacy.

Your products are Halal certifed by whom?

Our products are certified by the Indonesian Ulama Council (Majelis Ulama Indonesia).
